This time, we shed light on Fukui Press Co., Ltd., a company specializing in cleaning and dye restoration. What mechanism links their coffee dyeing process to industrial waste recycling? We spoke with the representative of the company, Nobu Fukui, about their initiatives and philosophy.

Born on January 8, 1974. After working as a salaried employee at a nationwide chain of cleaning shops and a dye dealer, he took over his family's business. Combining a cleaning factory with a dye factory, he has established a unique position in the industry. Currently, he is working hard to transform the company into new domains.

From Cleaning to Dyeing

What kind of business are you involved in?
Our company operates a cleaning business, and I am the third generation. Currently, we are also expanding into dye restoration.
Originally, during my salaried years, I worked for a dye-related company, visiting factories as a sales representative. During that time, I realized that the machines used in the dyeing factories were the same as those in my family's cleaning factory.
