Canterbury, operated by Goldwin Inc., has developed a new jersey for the Japanese rugby national team to wear from July 2023.
Canterbury has been the official partner of the Japanese rugby national team since 1997, making this the seventh model to be produced.
The 2023 new jersey model is the first to use recycled polyester fibers from apparel collected from fans. It is also said to have evolved in terms of lightness, flexibility, and comfort compared to the 2019 model, which the Japanese national team called the "best in history".
