Aespa is currently one of the most globally recognized and supported K-POP groups. The group introduces a novel impression through the plot of 'encountering an avatar which is an alternate version of oneself, and experiencing a new world', by incorporating virtual elements in their lyrics, music, music videos, and even their live performances. They are relentless in their branding as a 'Metaverse Group', and yet, not much is detailed about it. An explanation has been made that "the virtual world's avatar 'ae-aespa' and 'SYNK' are 'LINKED' to one another," but honestly speaking, it seems like their statement is prominent but not entirely clear. Even the members themselves cannot properly explain why they are classified as a 'Metaverse Group' during interviews or lives. Nonetheless, this isn't important.
