This study investigated the impact of wearing magnetic wear after high-intensity long-distance running (30 km) on the autonomic nervous system and sleep quality of male long-distance runners (conducted with 15 male long-distance runners). The results confirmed that wearing magnetic wear promoted parasympathetic nervous system dominance, improved sleep quality (especially increased deep sleep duration), and enhanced subjective recovery feeling.
