Montbell brand had never existed—the outdoor scene we know today would be a completely different landscape.
Since its founding in 1975, Montbell has spent half a century branching out from gear for alpine climbers to camping equipment, daily wear, and even disaster preparedness and community initiatives. Its many function-driven products have laid the groundwork for Japan's outdoor culture.
This year, Montbell is making waves in the outdoor community by releasing a series of heritage models to celebrate its 50th anniversary. We'll join PR representative Takarazako to dive into what makes these standout items so special.
