Currently, various social issues related to fashion are being highlighted in the news, often pointing out legal concerns.
However, people involved in fashion are not always well-versed in the law and may not understand the complexities of the fashion industry's current state. Amidst this, the term "fashion law," encompassing laws related to the fashion industry, has been attracting attention in recent years.
We recently spoke with Miyuki Ebisawa, a lawyer who has experience working as a stylist and founded "fashionlaw.tokyo" to bridge fashion and law, about the current state and future of fashion law.
