Pursuing Value Only Available Through Online Consultations: Bringing Beauty Treatment Closer with "ANS."
Neautech Inc., the company that produces "HADA LOUNGE Clinic," a beauty dermatology clinic with a flat-rate system that welcomes approximately 8,000 patients annually, has launched an online beauty treatment service called "ANS."
ANS is a subscription service that delivers bespoke beauty medicines to your home by the following day after an online consultation with a doctor on your smartphone, catered to your personal skin concerns and desired skin condition. What's more, even after the medicine has arrived, you can chat with specialists to discuss any uncertainties relating to skin issues or medication. They're aiming to be a "companion style" online beauty treatment service.
We spoke with Dr. Masatoshi Takemura, the supervising physician for ANS, and Akihiro Mizumoto, head of the service's business division, about why they've focused on online beauty treatment.

Masatoshi Takemura

He was the first in Japan to use the term "online consultation" and is a pioneer in the combined field of medical × IT. Drawing on his knowledge as a cosmetic dermatologist at HADA LOUNGE Clinic, he is the trailblazer in the field of online consultations specializing in beauty, and has published many works. Special Associate Professor of Medical × VR at Kochi University School of Medicine.

Akihiro Mizumoto
Director of Neautech Inc. / Head of ANS Business Division
Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Chuo University. After gaining experience in web marketing, development project management, and product management, he started working on new business development inside and outside the company. Since 2020, he has been involved in the development of new businesses such as online consultation and testing services for beauty, AGA, and pill capsules.
