ANREALAGE & ZOZO NEXT Collaborate! What Is the "Future Shopping Experience" Granted by Apple Vision Pro?

How do you usually purchase clothing? Most people probably consider either 'going to the store' or 'visiting an online shop' as options.

Breaking this common sense, a pre-order event titled "Future Shopping Experience" will be held for nine days from November 16 (Saturday) to 24 (Sunday) at the popup space in Shibuya PARCO.

This initiative is led by the globally recognized fashion brand ANREALAGE and ZOZO NEXT, both of which are engaged in projects utilizing cutting-edge technology.

We spoke with ANREALAGE designer Kunihiko Morinaga and Yudai Tamamura, Director of the XR/AI Department at ZOZO NEXT, about the overview and highlights of the "Future Shopping Experience."

Designer of ANREALAGE
Founded "ANREALAGE" in 2003 and has continued to present at Paris Fashion Week since 2014. ANREALAGE stands for A REAL - daily, UN REAL - extraordinary, AGE - era. In 2019, received the 37th Mainichi Fashion Award. Responsible for the official uniforms of the Japan pavilion at the 2021 Dubai Expo.

Yudai Tamamura

Director of the XR/AI Department, ZOZO NEXT MATRIX Headquarters
After engaging in film production related to games and 3DCG at an IT mega-venture, joined ZOZO Technologies (now ZOZO NEXT) in 2020. Has been in the current position since May 2023, mainly promoting projects in the digital fashion domain within the XR/AI Department.

What is the "Future Shopping Experience"?

First, please tell us about the overview of the "Future Shopping Experience."

TamamuraWe will provide a new purchasing experience through the ANREALAGE pre-order event using Apple Vision Pro.

Apple Vision Pro is a "spatial computing" device that seamlessly connects the digital and physical worlds, scheduled for release in the U.S. in February 2024, with a launch in Japan in June of the same year. During the pre-order event, attendees can reserve items from ANREALAGE's Spring/Summer 2025 collection or watch videos from the collection presented in Paris in September.
