"When he first started his business, he offered T-shirts and caps, producing and selling items related to American professional sports leagues such as the NBA and NHL.

"At that time, he couldn't find any sandals that met his preferences. Living in the beach town of Malibu, he wanted sandals that were suitable for everyday wear, high quality, and had great design.
