The roots of the Nitto Denko Holdings lie in the strong desire of Chairman Akio Nitori, which he discovered during his casual visit to American chain stores, to enrich the homes of people in Japan. To experience and share this idea of 'wealth' that Nitori pursues, over 1,000 of our employees go to the US every year for training, continuing to visit interior shops and model homes.
