The fashion industry is known as the world's second-largest polluter. In recent years, those involved in the industry have become unable to ignore efforts towards sustainability in their businesses.
Since the pandemic, a surge in second-hand businesses has occurred due to increased consumer awareness of environmental issues. More people are donating their unused clothes cluttering their closets and more are buying second-hand from a sustainability perspective.
Amidst the plethora of shops and apps selling second-hand, a new initiative has come from the Copenhagen-based fashion brand '
Samsøe Samsøe', introducing the resale system called 'The Resell Tag'.
They have started a new initiative to generate advertisements that allow users to easily resell their unwanted clothes. We interviewed Charlotte Porsager, Chief Commercial Officer of '
The Resell Tag' about this unique service that assists brands in resale.

Therefore, we thought about creating an initiative that enables the brands to have full responsibility for the lifecycle of the clothes.
