Kozue Hashimoto

After working at the Yokoo Tadanori Museum of Contemporary Art, she has been with the Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art since 2015. She has curated exhibitions such as "Art in Forms: Chie Aoki Exhibition," "Notable Artist Introduction Program: Saya Irie Channel," and "Notable Artist Introduction Program: Takahiro Iikawa Channel."

Held in the Fashion Mecca of Kobe

First, could you tell us about the background of the "Perfume COSTUME MUSEUM" exhibition?

This special exhibition is organized by the Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art in collaboration with Kobe Shimbun. We received the proposal to host the event at our museum during the planning stage initiated by Kobe Shimbun. Given the unique and innovative nature of the costumes, we decided to collaborate on the exhibition and participated right from the research phase.
