Originally used in the field of rehabilitation, EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) has recently become a trend in the fitness industry. Leading the way in the use of EMS in fitness is, as you may know, 'SIXPAD'.

Updated Design to Blend with Your Living Room and Enhanced Features

You might associate SIXPAD with training abdominal muscles, thanks to its image featuring soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo or boxer Naoya Inoue. The 'Foot Fit' series has undergone a full-model change, introducing two models: 'Foot Fit 3 Heat' and 'Foot Fit 3.'
