Kotoko Kimura
After graduating from Sophia University in 2006, she joined Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and was involved in multiple businesses, from logistics to investment projects, in the Consumer Service Business Department until her retirement. After retiring in 2019, she advanced to the master's course in Service Design at the Royal College of Art in the UK. Her personal project involved researching the situation surrounding menopause in the UK and Japan and developing a care service for Japanese women going through menopause. In January 2022, she established menopeer.
